The current programs utilize direct mail, outbound phone calls, personalization and the internet. Very specific criteria is used, in order to find these prospects. For the direct mail campaign, a dynamic and personalized letter or oversized post-card is then mailed to them. Using advanced technology, the personalized invite will ask them to view their OWN web site, which was created for them. (Each site will have their name on it, and if they want more info, their address is already pre-filled for them.) The software behind this will also keep track of who viewed their site, so you can also be creating a database of those who may have been interested enough to look but did not request information.
